The Fire Ant Experience

Okay, I have ADHD, so what? Aren’t I just a disruptive, out-of-control kid doing drugs?

Acceptance and Living

Productively choosing to accept my inconsistencies.

Life Lessons

I denied my creativity for years. Here’s how it changed my life.

Streamline Your Life

We look down upon a table with a pair of sunglasses, two yellow mugs of creamy coffee, and a print that reads “Inhale the future. Exhale the past.”

Dear world,

Here are forty-ish things that will help bridge the gap: (List 1)

  1. I carry with me an excessive amount of insecurity, guilt, and shame. (See #4 from List 2)
  2. I hold myself to very high standards that I can’t always meet. (See #7 from List 4)
  3. Worse, many of those standards aren’t mine. They’re yours. (See #7 from List 1)
  4. I understand your viewpoint, life choices, and values. However, what I value significantly differs from yours…
